Ingredients
- 8 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 200 g of parma ham, slices
- 40 g of butter
- 4 tsp of demerara sugar
- 4 pears, cored and cut into thick slices
Method
Step 1
Heat the butter in a pan, add the pear slices and sprinkle with the sugar. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.Step 2
Divide the cooked pears between 8 serving plates and scatter with thyme sprigs.Step 3
Pile slices of Parma ham on the side and season with a little black pepper.
