Lime and Chilli Mackerel Sizzle Pittas

Ingredients
- 1 dash of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cucumber, small piece finely chopped
- 1 tbsp of red onion, finely chopped
- 1 princes mackerel sizzle lime and chilli
- 3 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp of green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 wholemeal or white pitta
- 1 dash of salt
Method
Step 1
Sizzle the mackerel and marinade over a medium heat for 1½ minutes each side, spooning the marinade over the fish.Step 2
While the fish is cooking, mix together the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and chilli. Season with a little salt and pepper.Step 3
Warm the pitta in a toaster or under the grill. Split and fill with the lettuce leaves, salad and mackerel, spooning a little marinade on top.
