Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid. Place tray onto a microwaveable plate
Cook on full power
800W - Cook for 7 mins
900W - Cook for 6 mins stand for 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7, 35 mins
Pre-heat the oven & remove outer packaging & film lid
Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 35 mins
