Cooking Instructions - General. Our Fish Fillet and Chips are best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Tip
Place the fish fillet on a wire rack for a crisp bubbly batter
Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas mark 8, 25 mins
Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging and set aside the chips. Place the fish on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook
Place the chips on a separate baking tray and place on the top shelf of the oven. Cook both the fillet and chips for a further 20 minutes (fan oven 15 mins).
