Tip
Place product on a wire rack for a crisp bubbly batter
230°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 8
Pre-heat the oven & remove all packaging
Cook (On a Wire Rack)
Place on a wire rack over a deep baking tray in the middle of the oven & cook for 23 minutes
Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.

lovely fish
Lovely for making fish butty. Not massive but they do a larger size. Nice white fish and not mushy when oven cooked. Will defos buy again.
Youngs Cod
All these people complaining about oil etc and sogginess, please use your noodles. All you need to do is ensure they are cooked on a wire rack and leave them to sit whilst you are serving everything else up. Crispy everytime. Beats paying minimum of £6 for one piece of cod from the local Fish n Chip shop...which are deep fried and a lot less healthy!
Awful mushy and super oily
I embarrassingly thought my sister had cooked it wrong- fish was so mushy and so oily. I then cooked it in my oven at home (range cooker oven so no oven issues) & it was exactly the same. Once cooked it gives out sooo much oil and there is hardly any fish. Avoid!
50% fish!
These taste nice but look at the ingredients. Cod Fillet 50% Fish, the other 50% is oils and fillers/flour. Dripping with oil once cooked.

Not good value for the size they are now.
Smaller size!
Pack says New Size so I foolishly assumed they would be bigger. Actually much smaller. Used to be 480g now 400g! Still taste nice but the extra large ones work out much better value when £1.50 for 2.
