Hardly any fish and thick batter
I did not like this at all. The batter was thicker than the fish. I like pollock, but not this time. I cannot eat the other one. I intend to give the it to the dog, by cooking it and taking the batter off and giving her the fish out of it.
Not a fillet
Fish is very tough and bitty, not a fillet. Flavour isnt nice. Very greasy batter.
not chip shop
Greasy, soggy, tasteless and very little thin fish. Dont waste your money
simply excellent - from someone who dislikes fish!
As the title says, I actively dislike most fish but, recognise its pretty essential in my diet and, fried fish is better than none at all. Ive had two packs now and cooked them in the air fryer, as with most things, they do cook quicker so keep a close eye on them, also, use a wire rack as this gets them nice and crispy. I mainly have these in a wrap, but, would imagine theyre nice on their own too. Dont be fooled by the chip shop claims because theyre not up to that standard but, theyre not greasy or sickly either. For me, theyre a perfect meal and a must have :)
Really tasty
After reading reviews was bit worried but find these are really good batter crispy too
Awful
Its only 54% fish though it tastes closer to 15% and theyre VERY oily. Not worth the purchase even at the discounted price. Youd be better off eating 4 or 5 good quality fish fingers instead.
