That fruity feeling
What could beat an uplifting combo of plump, juicy fruit and cool, smooth yogurt? Wonderful on its lonesome - or top with granola for a cheat's fruit crumble.
Fruity flavoured muffins
Just use a 450g yogurt pot to measure everything out!
Ingredients
- 1/4 pot of your favourite fruited Yeo Valley Organic yogurt
- 1/4 pot of vegetable oil
- 1/4 pot of caster sugar
- 2 whisked eggs
- 3/4 pot of self-raising flour
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/gas mark 3-4.
2. Choose your favourite fruited Yeo Valley Organic yogurt, then empty it into a mixing bowl.
3. Measure out the vegetable oil, egg, sugar and flour in the same yogurt pot, and mix it all together until well combined.
4. Pop a tablespoon of the mixture into each of the 12 paper muffin cases, filling them three-quarters of the way up.
5. Bake for around 20-25 minutes, then leave to cool before eating.
