Lovely unfiltered dry sherry

As below this is a lovely aperitif with olives etc. It is bone dry and lush. More of a 'sherry' flavour than a filtered Manzanilla or a Fino so makes a nice change. As below, anyone expecting a sweet sherry will be very disappointed.

Excellent Palo Cortado.

Great value for money. Great as an aperitif alongside a handful of olives and a couple slices of Iberico . Not sweet therefore for some regular sweet Sherry drinkers it will be a bit unusual. Nutty, floral and slightly balsamic. Balances rich and oily flavours in certain tapas.

Overpriced and unpleasant

Was substituted this instead of the litre bottle of pale cream sherry I had ordered for almost the same price ! Unable to return it due to covid rules , it was very dry and tasted almost vinegary. Avoid this and enjoy the less expensive varieties.
