Popcorn Kernels
How to cook
Step 1 - Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large saucepan, on the medium hob ring, over a medium heat.
Step 2 - Add 100g of popping corn kernels and cover with a well fitting lid.
Step 3 - Shake the pan to coat the kernels in the oil.
Step 4 - Cook for approximately 4 minutes, shaking the pan until the popping stops.
Step 5 - Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 30 seconds.

Sweet Salty Popcorn
Ingredients
60ml Vegetable Oil
120g Popcorn Kernels
60g Sugar
1 tsp Salt, coarsely ground

How to make
Step 1 - Heat the oil over medium heat in a large saucepan and add the popcorn kernels.
Step 2 - Cover the pan with a well fitting lid and shake to coat the kernels with oil
Step 3 - When the oil starts to sizzle, sprinkle the sugar over the kernels.
Step 4 - Replace the lid and continue to shake the pan occasionally until the popping stops.
Step 5 - Remove from the heat and allow to stand for 30 seconds.
Step 6 - Toss the popcorn and salt together.
Step 7 - Pour into a bowl and enjoy
