For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.
Cat E 800W full power. Break tab, remove lid and place loosely back on top. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove lid, stir thoroughly, loosely replace lid and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
