Cooking Instructions - General. These instructions are guidelines only. Check food is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Not suitable for microwave cooking; Oven cook - From Chilled. Baste in oil before cooking. Preheat oven to 190°C/380°F/Gas Mk 5. Place sausages onto a baking tray on the middle oven shelf. Cook for 30 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Preheat 1 tbspn (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages, cook for 20 mins, turning regularly.
