Cooking Instructions - General. Before serving check that the food is piping hot throughout, if not cook further.

750W - Cat D
Step 1: Heat on full power for 5 minutes. Peel back film, stir well & re-cover.
Step 2: Heat on full power for a further 3 minutes
Stand: 1 minute Stir before serving
850W - Cat E
Step 1: Heat on full power for 5 minutes. Peel back film, stir well & re-cover.
Step 2: Heat on full power for a further 2 1/2 minutes
Stand: 1 minute Stir before serving; Oven cook - From Frozen. 1 Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6.
2. Pierce film lid and place on a baking tray.
3. Cook for 20 minutes in the top half of the oven.
4. Peel back film, stir meal, re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
5. Stir gently and stand for 1 minute before serving.
