Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Not suitable for freezing. Do not reheat.
Microwave & Oven (for best results); Microwave - From Chilled. Before: remove sleeve, peel back film & remove chicken & sauce sachet from packaging. Replace film back over noodles & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles & stir well. Place chicken on top of noodles. Re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over noodles. Stir & tuck in.
5.10 min 800W, 4.20 min 900W; Multiple - From Chilled. Oven - Chicken Only:
Before: preheat oven. Remove sleeve & peel back film. Remove chicken from bento bowl & place on a baking tray. Pop tray into the centre of the oven. After: Check chicken is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 16 min

Microwave - Noodles Only:
Before: Remove sauce sachet. Replace film back over noodles & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles & stir well. Re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over noodles. Stir & tuck in.
5.10 min 800W, 4.20 min 900W; Oven cook - From Chilled. Before: Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, peel back film & remove chicken & sauce sachet from packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray. Replace film over noodles, place container on the baking tray next to the chicken. Pop tray in the centre of the oven. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over noodles. Stir & tuck in.
