Cook
- Slice your chosen protein, prepare your veg and cook the noodles according to packet instructions
- In a frying pan, stir fry your protein until cooked, then add in the veg and cook for a further 3 mins
- Add the noodles and sauce then stir to combine, heating thoroughly
- Divide between two bowls and garnish with coriander pack contains two servings
