Chicken ramen meal kit
This delicious chicken ramen is done the Wagamama way. Simply cook with your favourite protein to enjoy this iconic restaurant dish at home.

Chicken breasts 2
Seasonal greens (pea shoots/baby spinach) 60g
Spring onions 2
Bamboo shoots (optional) 40g

Cook
In a hot pan, with matching lid, add your chicken breasts with a dash of oil + colour on both sides
Turn down the heat + place the lid on the pan until chicken is cooked all the way through
Place your noodles in a saucepan, cover with boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes
Once cooked, drain noodles + divide between two bowls
In a separate bowl measure 400ml of boiling water, add your chicken broth + stir
Pour your chicken broth mix over the noodles
Take chicken off the heat + carve at a 45 degree angle. Fan out the chicken slices on top of the noodles + broth
Top with a drizzle of your chilli oil if you like it spicy!
