History

Enoitalia has grown significantly under the guidance of Giorgio Pizzolo, its CEO, and his three brothers Augusto, Giuliano and Floriano. The company, founded in 1986 with just over 7 million bottles of wine per year has now reached a volume of over 85 million bottles. Vinification Details

Early and mid- harvested grapes, immediately chilled on pressing. Wine remains on lees for extraction of colour using natural yeasts for up to 5days. Temperature of fermentation at 21 - 23 degrees and then racking of wine from skin contact for final fermentation in temperature controlled tanks. The wine is fined and left in tanks for up to two months prior to bottling, filtration and only as wine is required, so that the wines remain under cold temperature in so retaining the youthful fresh style.
