Amazing Dairy Alternative!
I'm not a fan of other violife products BUT this cheese is the best vegan cheese I have tried (and I have tried a lot). It's very similar to cathedral city but without the weird twang. It melts nicely and even crisped up on top of my pasta bake. I highly recommend this cheese!

I can only got one word for this...AWFUL!! Please Violife never get rid of your Original as that's the best.
