I’ve sworn by this for years. I don’t cope with painkilling drugs so have used this for pain relief. I have never known it to stain clothes or bed linen nor burn my skin, even though I often use it around delicate neck area.
I use this as a general soothing balm, for aching muscles, aching feet and even as a chest rub when Ive got a cold. I love the warming tingling sensation it gives. Yes it is pungent but I love the spicey fragrance.
Bought this for hopefully relieving the pain of pulled back muscles. Some of us just aren't meant to exercise. All this balm does is burn your skin. And smell. I was in pain. Now I'm in pain, my skin is on fire, and I smell of old man. Oh, and I'm down £5.50. Better off with a hot water bottle.
amazing stuff, better than all other muscle rubs, feels warm on application then cools to provide pain relief. does stain so be careful. the white one doesn't stain but isn't as strong. I personally love the smell but it's not for everyone.
