Our ThorntonsFabulous Fudge has been one of our signature confections since 1925, when we set out to create a unique recipe with a delicate balance of flavours and not forgetting that irresistible smooth-yet-crumbly texture. Over 60 years later we still make it with real clotted cream and carefully pour, level and then turn it by hand.
