Not suitable for microwave cooking.; Grill - From Frozen. Preheat the grill on high. Cook on the top shelf of the grill for 14-16 mins. Turn regularly.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place sausages on a tray in the top of the oven for 25-27 mins. Turn halfway through cooking.
