Millionaire's Shake
Take one glass of Salted Caramel Milkshake and one scoop of vanilla ice cream, then blend.
Get drizzling with some chocolate sauce around the edge of a chilled glass.
Pour blended shake into the glass.
Top with whipped cream, more sauce and a wedge of millionaire's shortbread.
Pop in a straw, sit back and enjoy!
