when the english settled in jamaica in the 17th century, they brought with them the cornish pasty. This was infused with chillies, seasonings and curry spice that were in the country and eventually evolved into the delicious jamaican patty which we have today.

1 Remove all packaging
2 Microwave for 2 mins on full power, 800W
3 Stand for 1 minute before eating
Reheat in microwave (this may impair the quality of the pastry); Oven cook - From Frozen. Reheat in oven
1 Remove all packaging
2 Preheat oven to 175°C
3 Place on tray
4 Heat for 20-25 mins from frozen
This patty is tastiest after heating in an oven.
