2 parts Ginger Ale
1 wedge of Lime

Method: Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour The Busker Irish Whiskey and top up with ginger ale. Stir and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Since 2023 we produce limited quantities of “Small Batch” expressions, which showcase the power of aging in a variety of seasoned casks.

50ml The Busker Irish Whiskey
5ml Muscovado Sugar syrup
4 Dashes of bitters.
