SPICY BUT PRICY!

Good old stalwart of hot sauces. Does what it says on the bottle. Not as hot as I'd like (but I am a chilli head!). Expensive though - especially when you consider the price per litre!! But a few drops is all you need to do the job.

Great as a marinade ingredient for chicken

Use this as an ingredient in a chicken marinade. It imparts a lovely flavour that really makes the chicken tasty. I wouldn't sprinkle it on my dinner because it's got a subtle vinegar taste to. I'd use it on shellfish but used as an ingredient in my marinade it's great. This is always on my shopping list. McIlhenny do a green Tabasco Sauce that tastes just as nice.
