Scrumptious.
Just lovely, hot or cold. Meaty and garlicky sausage: three for me and one to share, for my two Border Terriers.

Polish is usually brilliant smoked sausage. Great for bbq but car skin on both sides for bbq. You can cook them but bbq are defo better. We do it also in half and on a fire pan or in own with potatoes my son love it and always asking about those or another one Silesian from morality. These are his fav!
Tough skin
Not a bad taste, but a very irritating casing, which cannot be peeled off. This ruins the eating of the sausage, as you have to keep spitting out bits of skin.
Absolutely delicious!
Will now be a regular item on my shopping list.
