my gran would have loved this .

I have my gran to thank for my love of stouts . She always let me have a sip if her bottled Guinness or Mackeson when I was a kid . Now 70 I have found most stouts to be a bit weak and lifeless . This has some serious flavours and really needs to be poured as the can suggests hold can upside down and pour hard and fast . Wish my gran was still with us to drink this .

Why breakfast?

Because of the coffee! Though I would certainly not recommend for breakfast at 6.5%. However, it is smooth, chocolatey and really rather good. Be cautious, you could probably drink more than you should!

Lovely Stout

This is such a good beer and has masses of flavour. It doesn't taste as strong as it really is at 6.5 but nevertheless, it is a strong beer.
