For The Championships 2022, we've distilled our gin with fresh strawberries from Wimbledon's Official Strawberry Grower, Hugh Lowe Farms. Enjoy in a G&T with a winning garnish: a fresh strawberry slice.

It all began in a tiny London workshop, in 2009; three founders united by an unwavering belief in things well made—the way they used to be, the way they should be. Making a smashing return this summer, Strawberry Smash Gin 2022 Championships Edition, inspired by our partnership with Wimbledon. This unique London Dry Gin is distilled with last year's strawberry harvest from Hugh Lowe Farms in Kent, the exclusive grower for Wimbledon. With a smashing fruity twist and crafted with a hint of English mint for perfectly balanced flavour, enjoy in a Strawberry Smash Spritz with a winning garnish: a twist of lime peel and freshly sliced strawberry.

Strawberry Smash Spritz: Our Strawberry Smash Gin adds a fruity twist to the Spritz, perfect for al fresco sipping.

Ingredients:
2 parts Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
2 parts soda water
Champagne, to top
Freshly sliced strawberry & twist of lime peel, to garnish

Method:
Combine 50ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin, 25ml of Lemon Juice and 50ml Soda in a wine glass. Topp with Champagne or Prosecco and garnish with a Lime Zest & Sliced Strawberries


Strawberry Smash G&T: Our champion twist on the classic G&T is a winning summertime serve.

Ingredients:
1 part Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
3 parts premium tonic water
Freshly sliced strawberries, to garnish

Method:
For a perfectly mixed double, add 50ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin to an ice-filled highball and top with 150ml chilled tonic water. Lift with a drinks stirrer to combine before adding freshly sliced strawberries to garnish.

Strawberry Smash Collins: Long and refreshing, our Strawberry Smash Gin in a classic Collins is the perfect serve for summertime.

Ingredients:
2 parts Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
the juice of half a lemon
½ part simple syrup
Chilled soda water, to top
Fresh strawberries, to garnish
Lemon twist, to garnish

Method:
Combine 50ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin, the juice of half a lemon and 15ml sugar syrup in an ice-filled highball. Top with chilled soda water and garnish with fresh strawberries and a lemon twist.

The Nose: Fresh, ripe strawberry & sweet berry followed by soft pine. The Palate: Sweet, juicy strawberries lead, balanced by rich juniper & refreshing citrus. The Finish: Floral, candied forest fruits mingle with a smooth mint finish
