Sloe gin and winter go hand in hand – for good reason. Filled with winter berry flavours, red cherry, cassis, and redcurrant, Sipsmith Sloe Gin is a truly festive taste. We added our quintessential London Dry Gin to a bed of autumn-harvested sloe berries, leaving them to rest together to produce a subtle yet complex flavour.

The British weather is predictable in its unpredictability, which means that the harvests of sloe berries vary year-on-year. We liken the character of our Sloe Gin to a good wine – every vintage we produce is unique, shaped by the year’s harvest. It’s the best of British, and just as limoncello is to Italy, a multi-faceted liqueur.
