Cooking Guidelines

Oven cook - From Chilled. Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption. Prior to cooking remove sausage meat from all packaging, including casing and metal clips.
Preheat oven to approximately 190°C (170°C for fan assisted) / Gas Mark 5.
To cook as a slab: Place sausage meat in a baking tray and press until you have an even thickness of approximately 1 inch/2cm. Cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes.
To cook as stuffing balls: Divide sausage meat into 10 evenly sized pieces and roll into tight balls. Place on a lined baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Turn occasionally.
Always ensure that the centre of the sausage meat is piping hot before serving.
As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
Do not reheat.
