Cooking Guidelines
Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray and pour 2 table spoons of water over fillets.
Cover with foil and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C (Fan 170°C) for 40 minutes. Remove foil approximately 10 minutes before end of the cooking time.
Cooking Precautions:
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Don’t bother
I bought these in a Saturday morning , went to use them on a Sunday evening with 3 days before the use by date and they were off. This is the second Shazam product that I have bought that has gone off well before the use by date.
Shazans Chicken breast
Extremely disappointing. Two thick leather skinned breasts .One tiny the other huge misshapen as in other review .Upon opening smelt even dog couldn’t have them
Something not right with these
Have bought Shazans chicken before and have not experienced any problems. But this last pack was horrid. I received two thick, odd-shaped breasts, which were so tough, dry and tasteless after cooking, that if I were blindfolded, I would never have guessed that I was eating chicken, as the texture was disgustingly gristle-like. I used them in a pasta dish, which I've made dozens of times before, so it's not as if I cooked them any differently. They were just really horrible!

Mixed quantity, 3 breasts in one pack & 2 in another. As much water as the Bay of Biscay. Didn't cook well, tough texture.
