Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium/High Heat.
Remove all packaging.
Fry in a pan over a medium/high heat for 7-10 minutes.
Turn occasional.
Drain well before serving.

Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.

I opened these I bought two packets - before use by date and the smell was horrendous. I contacted Morrisons and was firstly told I should have taken a photo ! Because that would have confirmed smell !!! Then told I had to contact suppliers as not Morrisons responsibility!! I was planning to cook them for my son who is currently undergoing chemotherapy. I am disappointed at Morrison response. All I wanted was a refund and an apology.

excellent and versatile
I love these fillets perfect for making fresh children strips. I use original chip shop batter also available from Morris ons. And I add chilli, garam Masala garlic and salt to taste
