Cooking Guidelines
Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray and pour 2 table spoons of water over fillets.
Cover with foil and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C (Fan 170°C) for 40 minutes. Remove foil approximately 10 minutes before end of the cooking time.
Cooking Precautions:
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

quality is 3 out of 5. membrane makes the difference. have had to chuck more than a third of a kilo in the bin. only got it because its on offer.

Lovely skinless chicken breast Good for grilling and Kiev
Bones. HUGE bones.
Weird. Had this a couple of times and found it good value and tasty. Latest pack we bought had just 6 pieces in which I had to trim a lot of crap off. Also found the biggest chicken bone I've ever found. Rank. Wont be getting this again. Morrisons seem to be struggling on the value chicken market.
Not sure about Select
The breasts looked large and plump, yet the first i cut was so tough i struggle to actually do it, the rest were fine, apart from one which was really bruised and had a large 2inch plus red and purple mark on, i had to cut half of it and bin, the rest were fine that apart from a bone and lots of stringy bits, so select is not a word I would use for this product, I would not buy again and rather use the better grade butchers chicken breast.
