Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Oven 4 1/2 hours. Slow cook.
- Remove all packaging
- If desired marinate meat with seasoning before cooking.
- Place on a deep baking tray, and roast in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6 for 15 min.
- Remove from oven, add 200ml of water to the tray & cover in foil & cook for a further 2 hrs at a reduced heat 160°C/Fan 150°C/Gas mark 4
- Remove from oven, baste and place back in the oven for a further 1 1/2 hrs without foil at 160°C/Fan 150°C/Gas Mark 4.
Allow to rest for 20-30minutes before serving.

- Ensure food is cooked thoroughly & piping hot throughout before serving.
- Not suitable for microwave cooking.
- Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
