This Flavourful Paste Allows You to Create a Delicious Korma at Home.
This recipe also works well with beef, prawns, or vegetables.
Chiken Korma - Serves 4
1: Fry a large, diced onion in 2 tbsp oil until soft. Stir in 1/2 jar Sharwood's 30% less fat korma paste and sizzle for 2 mins to release flavours.

2: Add 100ml water and evaporated. Add 650g diced chicken and fry for 5 mins, then add 1 tsp sugar (optional) and 400ml coconut milk and stir.
25 mins
3: Simmer uncovered on high for 25 mins until chicken cooks. Add 100ml cream and simmer for 2 mins until you reach the desired consistency.
