Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Ambient. 1. Simply scrape the skin or rinse under running water and cut into even sized pieces.
2. Place in pan of cold water.
3. Bring to the boil and gently cook until tender (20-25 mins).
Tip: Try steaming instead of boiling - it keeps in more flavour.; Cooking Instructions - General. These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary in performance.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cat B ~ 700W 11 mins
Cat E ~ 800w 10 mins
1. Simply scrape the skin of 500g of potatoes or rinse under running water and cut into even sized pieces.
2. Place in a non-metallic dish with 60ml (4 tablespoons) of water, cover and microwave on full power for the required time.
3. Stir halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Select the appropriate time for your microwave. For different power microwaves adjust the heating time accordingly.
