Recipe Ingredients:
450g skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp oil
1 pepper, chopped
75g frozen sweetcorn
325g long grain rice
400g tin chopped tomatoes
600ml water
Instructions:
1. Start by frying the chicken and onion in the oil, for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
2. Then stir in the pepper, sweetcorn, rice and seasoning and cook for about a minute, making sure you coat the rice in all the lovely flavours of the seasoning.
3. Tip the tomatoes and water into the pan and bring to the boil, giving it a quick stir. Pop on a lid and reduce the heat to a simmer, allowing the rice to absorb all the water, this should take about 15 mins.
Nadiya Loves to
Garnish with lime wedges and spring onions. Try this recipe with cooked king prawns.

Delicious!
Delicious! I always make too much and have some leftovers for lunch the next day. It tasted even nicer the next day! When we have it again, I will use less tomato.

Didn't like this
Presumed this would have an Indian theme but all I could taste was smoked paprika, tomatoes and salt. Not nice unless these 3 things are your favourites. I bought a few but won't be using the others.

Delicious
We couldn't fault this, the spice mixes made a very flavoursome dinner and we will definitely buy again. 3 packets of flavour - one for the salsa that was zesty and fresh, one to flavour the rice, which turned out perfectly and one for the chicken - I cooked in the air fryer for 15 mins and it was perfect. I was missing some of the ingredients but ended up using Green Pepper, fresh tomatoes, chicken breast and basmati rice. Highly recommend.
