Clean & dry your jar before refilling (to help preserve the product).
Hints & tips - how to use:
- Combine ground cumin with lamb mince, mint and garlic, form into koftas and pan fry before serving with minted yogurt, pitta and salad.
- Stir into Mexican dishes such as chilli con carne fora deep and aromatic flavour.
- Add to slowly caramelised onions to use as a base for Indian curries along with ground coriander, ginger and garlic.
- Toss over diced sweet potatoes with salt, garlic and a little olive oil before roasting until golden.
