Easy Buffalo WIngs

Ingredients
20-40 Chicken Wings
75g Plain Flour
1 tsp Salt
75g BBQ Rub
Sauce Shop Buffalo Hot Sauce
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 200 C.
2. Place baking tray in oven to pre-heat.
3. Mix plain flour, salt and BBQ rub together in a large bowl.
4. Dredge wings through flour and rub mix so that they are completely coated.
5. Carefully remove hot baking tray from the oven and arrange the wings leaving space between each of them, place back in oven.
6. After 15 minutes turn each wing to ensure even cooking.
7. After a further 15 minutes remove from oven, place in a serving dish and liberally coat with Buffalo Hot Sauce.
For the full authentic experience serve with blue cheese dip and pickled celery.
