Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove from packaging. Remove chicken tenders and pop in the microwave heating on full power. Place the chicken tenders back in to the sub bread and heat again on full power. Squeeze over the mayo, then enjoy!

Great for a quick lunch.
This is a quick and tasty snack if you're in a rush..it comes in a microwavable cover and i zap it a minute each side..I add lettuce and tomatoes to mine..it obviously doesn't come with lettuce as stated in a previous review (it can't be as shelf life would be halved and microwaving it would be diabolical) it's just a serving suggestion..but hits the spot a treat..

ignore the picture of one thick succulent piece of chicken, what you actually get is two small goujons on a bun, no lettuce nothing, terrible value for A£2.20
