Ringtons is a family run business. We began in 1907, delivering fine quality blended teas by horse drawn cart directly to the homes of many families in Newcastle. Today, we continue to deliver Ringtons Tea to thousands of homes throughout Britain in our distinctive liveried vans. You may even recognise some of the vans on this pack. For today's busy lifestyle we know that it's not convenient for everyone to have their tea delivered. So, due to popular demand, we have ensured that you can also buy Ringtons Tea at a convenient location to you.

We pack Ringtons tea bags in a special foil with an airtight seal, protecting the freshness of Ringtons Tea. You should only open one foil pouch at a time using a pair of scissors and store the tea bags in a caddy to continue protecting the special freshness of Ringtons Tea.

The Perfect Cup of Tea
We want you to enjoy the strength, freshness and flavour of Ringtons tea at its best, and our expert blenders have provided a guide to making the perfect cup of tea.

If you are making tea in a tea pot, warm the pot first.
Allow 1 tea bag per person.
It is important that you use freshly drawn boiling water.
Stir immediately.
Then, be patient. Let the tea brew for 3-4 minutes, depending on the strength you prefer.
Stir again before pouring.

You may find it quicker and more convenient to make your tea in a cup or a mug.

Pour on freshly drawn boiling water.
Brew for 1-2 minutes.
Stir and remove the tea bag.
Now relax and enjoy your Ringtons cup of tea.
