Fry in a pan on the hob in a tablespoon of oil on a medium heat. Turn regularly until golden brown.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 15-18 Mins
Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Place sausages on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook. Turn occasionally.

nice for vegans

These taste very much like real sausagethe problem is they taste too much like the real thing. I wont be having them again, but for vegans who want a close-to-real taste, these are it.

Nice sausages, still slightly veg taste

Have been trying all the different vegan sausages as I need to cut my meat intake down. Was given this as an alternative to Beyond. At first taste I felt they may be a great meat free alternative but just at the end it has a vegetable aftertaste. No worries if that foats your boat but back to Beyond it is for now.
