Cooking Instructions - General. Buon Appetito!; Microwave - From Chilled. 1. Empty the fresh pasta into the tray.
2. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour over the pasta & stir to coat evenly.
3. Place the tray in the microwave with a suitable lid or wrapped in kitchen paper and cook at 750W for 5 minutes or at 900W-1000W for 41/2 minutes. Only use the microwave function. Do not use the grill function.
4. Remove the tray from the microwave using oven gloves, as it will be very hot. Leave to stand covered for = 1 minute, then stir and garnish with the cheese.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 1. Shake the bag of sauce before opening, then pour the sauce into a pan. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil over a medium heat.
2. Empty the fresh pasta into the pan & stir to coat evenly. Bring the sauce back to the boil.
3. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes on a medium heat. Stir halfway through cooking.
4. Serve and garnish with the cheese.
