Recipes
Just Add:
500g passata
500ml boiling water
275g fusilli or penne pasta (uncooked)
100g mozzarella and/or cheddar cheese, grated
3 Easy cooking steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200℃, 400ºF, Gas mark 6.
2. Combine passata, water, pasta and seasoning in a large pan and bring to the boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
PizzaExpress Chef suggests... adding sliced pepperoni with the cheese before baking. Also great for chicken; fry diced onion and 450g sliced chicken in a little oil.
Add 400g tin chopped tomatoes, the pasta, water and seasoning. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 mins, or until chicken is piping hot and cooked through. Finish with grated cheese.
