Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Ambient. 1. Preheat your oven (220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7). Remove pizza dough from packaging and use immediately.
2. Dust work surface with flour, cut the dough puck in half and shape into equal size balls, then leave for 15 minutes.
3. Press fingers in the middle of the dough to flatten until it doubles in width. Turn dough over & repeat, until it measures about 24cm in diameter. Repeat for both dough balls.
4. Place your pizza bases on baking paper on baking trays, add your toppings and cook on top shelf for 9-19 mins.
5. When the toppings are golden brown and the base is crispy, remove from oven and enjoy! These are guidelines only as all cooking appliances vary in performance. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot. before serving. Not suitable for microwave cooking. If there are any leftovers, please do not reheat, it's great when cold. Enjoy!

Preparation And Usage
Flour is a raw ingredient and must be cooked or baked before eating. P.S. Small black spots may be present within the dough. These are pieces of bran which are naturally occurring within the flour. These will not have any adverse effect on the quality of the product and will disappear during the cooking process.
