Our Free Ranger is made with 100% free range British chicken and ham hock, all slowly cooked with leek and thyme in a creamy cheese and white wine sauce.

Our take on this classic British pie is sure to not disappoint. With crispy golden pastry and a rich, creamy sauce, it's a guaranteed win for a mid-week ready-meal, weekend dinner treat or Sunday roast.

After travelling around Australia in their early twenties, eating pies every day, Jon & Tristan returned to the UK determined to reinvigorate the humble British pie. And so in 2003, Pieminister was born.

We have grown over the years but remain an independent family-run business. Not just multi-award winners for taste and quality, our Bristol-made pies and patties are also the go-to for conscious consumers. Putting sustainability first, we have set ourselves a series of ambitious goals to hit by 2025, covering everything from animal, human & ecological welfare, to climate change and waste.
