Full Power 12 minutes
Remove from outer packaging, do not pierce or open the film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 12 minutes. The bag will inflate during cooking. Stand for 1 minute. Carefully cut open the film before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Fan 200°C / Gas 6, 40 minutes
Pre-heat oven Fan 200°C/Gas 6. Remove from outer packaging and film.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 40 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
