Recipes
Serves 4 Amigos

Just add
500g chicken breast, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, chopped
Lime wedges
Classic Rice Meal
1 Heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Sizzle and brown the chicken over high heat for 4 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Add the onion and peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoned rice.
2 Stir in the cooking sauce, seasoning mix & 330mL of water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy with lime.
Top Tip
Add a twist your rice by adding sliced chorizo to the chicken and brown together in the pan.

Quantity of water seems off
I've bought this many times over the years and enjoy the meal. However recently I feel like the recipe has changed and 1 its a bit spicier then it used to be, and 2 the quantity of water cooks really fast and the rice is still hard? maybe its just me, but I have to add at least an extra 150ml to get the rice softer. Still recommend though, but do a taste test before serving in case it needs more water

Quick and tasty
The kids love this on a Friday night. Very tasty without being too spicy for them. We have with chicken on tortilla wraps or fill in a taco with sour cream dip.

Quick and Tasty
This is very flavoursome indeed. Easy to make, you just add diced chicken, red pepper, yellow pepper and onion. I added sweetcorn which worked well too, so it's easily adapted to what you have,
