Place pasta in a large pan of boiling, slightly salted water. Stir and return to the boil. Cook for 10 mins for 'al dente' or 12 mins for a softer texture. Drain well and serve immediately in your favourite recipe.

Wished I had switched sooner
Only bought this since it was in a recipe for a new healthy eating regime and didnt think I would enjoy it much, but how wrong I was. It was absolutely delicious. Gorgeous taste and texture. Had less than half of what I would have with the white stuff and was still filling. Always going to buy this from now on. Switch to wholewheat- you wont regret it
Tasty and wholesome
I started to use wholewheat spaghetti for the health benefits: more fibre and less refined carbohydrates. Because it has a higher glycaemic index score, it releases energy less quickly than white spaghetti and you therefore feel full for longer, so it is great if youre trying to manage your appetite and weight. This spaghetti has a lovely texture in addition to being a healthy choice.

Great taste as texture
Since discovering wholewheat spaghetti I can never go back to the regular type. The texture and flavour is so much better, and its healthier which is a bonus!
