Too easy to enjoy

Having been introduced to Vermouth last year I’ve tried a few including the original companies. None were as good without a beach but this is the nearest and best I’ve tried, out of a fair few! Think I’ll order another…

Makes a nice cocktail with M Sicilian Lemonade

I was looking for a Vermoth at Aldi, but to no avail, and found this one at Morrisons, 1 Litre bottle! and found the M Sicilian Lemonade a perfect mixer, Family loved it. Not Martini, but great taste.

You get what you pay for

Its got a strange aftertaste and isnt at all comparable to the branded version.

refreshing

A lovely drink when served ice cold with lemonade and perhaps poured over ice. I like to drink it with diet lemonade to help cut back calories. Its alcohol content is quite high and so the lemonade, or other mixer of choice, helps to make is not quite so strong. I like the blend of herbs and spices and as the Ancient Greeks used vermouth as a health drink, I can maybe fool myself to think it's a healthier choice than drinking other wines. If thats true then it adds to the pleasure of the drink. Of course vermouth is often the basic addition to many martinis but I prefer it on its own. Morrisons own brand compares very favourably with higher priced brands and I will say that this is actually my favourite vermouth
