Remove sleeve and film lid. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Place foil in the centre of a preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes.

Oven from Frozen:
Remove sleeve and film lid. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6. Place foil in the centre of a preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes.
